📦 HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
Since we are a print-on-demand store, every product is made specifically for you after you place your order. This means your item goes through two stages before it arrives at your door — Production and Shipping.
⚙️ PRODUCTION TIME
Before your order is shipped, it needs to be printed and quality checked. This usually takes:
2–5 business days for most products 3–7 business days for some specialty items like all-over print products or large format posters
Production time does not include weekends or public holidays.
🚚 SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–8 business days United Kingdom: 5–10 business days Europe: 7–12 business days Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimated times only. Delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues which are beyond our control.
💰 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — make sure you are signed up to our email list so you never miss a deal!
📬 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our Track My Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship to most countries worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by [Your Store Name]. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns before placing your order.
📍 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at veloshi . We can only make address changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production and we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at veloshi within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
⏰ DELAYS
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please understand that during peak seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other holidays, production and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
