IMPORTANT NOTE

Because every product in our store is custom printed just for you after you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong size ordered by the customer Change of mind Ordering the wrong product Disliking the design after purchase

We strongly encourage you to double-check your size, color, and product selection before completing your order. Please refer to the size guide available on each product page.

✅ WHEN WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND YOUR ORDER

We absolutely take full responsibility if something goes wrong on our end. You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if your item:

Arrives damaged or broken Has a manufacturing defect Has a printing error such as blurry print, wrong design, or misaligned graphics Arrives with the wrong item or wrong size due to our error Gets lost in transit and is confirmed missing

📸 HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, here is what to do:

Step 1: Email us at veloshi within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Use the subject line “Refund Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”

Step 3: Include the following in your email: Your full name and order number A clear photo of the item showing the issue A brief description of the problem

Step 4: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and get back to you with a solution.

🔄 REPLACEMENTS

If your item qualifies, we will send you a free replacement at no extra cost to you. Replacements are subject to the same production and shipping timeframes as regular orders.

💰 REFUNDS

If a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once your request is approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔁 EXCHANGES

Because every product is made to order, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, we can issue a refund on eligible orders and you are welcome to place a new order.

❌ NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

The request is made more than 7 days after delivery The item has been worn, washed, or used The damage was caused by the customer after delivery The wrong size or product was ordered by the customer The customer simply changed their mind

📦 DO I NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM?

In most cases, you do not need to return the item. Since our products are custom printed, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. We will resolve your issue based on the photo evidence you provide.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers, please note that we do not cover return shipping costs or customs fees. All refund and replacement decisions are made based on photo evidence as described above so you will not need to ship anything back in most cases.
