Q: How do I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use that number on our Track My Order page to follow your package.

Q: What is your return policy? A: Since every product is made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Q: What if my item arrives damaged? A: We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and we will make it right immediately.
